Taking time to reflect on the past year - what we've done well and what we need to improve - will help us make Cathedral Preschool the best it can be, both for the kids and for the employees. Please take some time and give constructive feedback - think about specifics. Your responses are confidential/anonymous. (Seriously, since we don't ask for your name or email we really have no idea whose response is whose.)

The more thorough you can be with this, the less need we will have to discuss things at a general end-of-year staff meeting. My goal is to use this survey to dramatically shorten the length of that meeting. Last year I think it made a difference!

In all the questions with numbered responses, use 1 for "No," 2 for "Somewhat No," 3 for "basically neutral," 4 for "Somewhat Yes," and 5 for "Yes."
