1. Job Knowledge – Early Childhood Education(Required)
Expectations and interactions with students demonstrate understanding of age appropriate social-emotional, cognitive, academic and physical abilities of students. Allows adequate transition times in accordance with developmental abilities, encourages children-led/produced materials and activities (for instance, art projects allow for child expression and execution)

Also – intentional use of names when possible.

Follow-up Discussion/Review to take place at Annual Review Meeting

At the meeting we will discuss performance, goals and plans for next year. An assessment will be given by administrator and both employee and administrator will sign document for placing in employee file.
