Monthly Timeline and Late Charges(Required)

==> Tuition will be paid in ten monthly installments beginning August 1, 2026. Your last tuition payment will be due May 1, 2027.

==> You will receive an invoice via email five days prior to the first of each month. You will receive your first invoice on July 27, 2026.

==> Tuition is due by the 1st of the month and a $25.00 late fee will be assessed on late tuition payments after the 7th.

==> Your child will not be allowed to attend class if tuition is more than 60 days delinquent without communication with the Director or Assistant Director regarding circumstances and alternate payment plans.

Use of Brightwheel for Online Payment(Required)

==> All families must use the Brightwheel application for tuition payment.

==> If you choose to use a credit card for payment, you will be asked to cover the credit card processing fee. The card processing fee is currently 2.95%, which can add around $20 to your monthly bill if your child is enrolled in both Morning Preschool and WrapAround Care. If you use ACH as your payment method, the preschool covers the processing fee.

==> You are encouraged to set up automatic billing.

==> In some rare circumstances, exceptions to the online payment requirement can be made (for instance, if an older relative is paying for your student’s tuition who does not use online payment methods.)

Notes Regarding Supplies/Fees(Required)

==> The supply fee has been incorporated into the monthly tuition rate and is no longer a separate charge (as of 2022-23 school year).

==> Each new student will receive a school bag for daily use, as well as a school t-shirt.

==> Parents will not need to purchase any other school supplies for their student; all they need will be provided at school.

==> For students in WrapAround, the school will provide a fitted sheet and blanket for nap/rest time.

==> Snacks and water/milk will be provided. For students in WrapAround, parents will need to send in a lunch each day that meets state-defined nutritional standards.

==> Fees not covered by the school: any extra school tshirts or tote bags, possible one-time field trip fee for 4- and 5-year-old classes, optional school picture orders (individual in Fall, group in Spring), school-supplied “just-in-case” clothing.
