I understand that the handbook is also available for reference in the shared documents section of Brightwheel and on the preschool website.Parent Responsibilities(Required) ==> I understand that anyone checking my child in or out must use the Brightwheel Code assigned specifically to them. ==> I understand that my child’s teacher will request an in-person parent/teacher conference in the Fall and, if needed, in the Spring. ==> I understand that I need to regularly review, and respond when necessary, to materials sent home from school and posted on Brightwheel. This includes monthly newsletters and calendars from the classroom teachers and weekly updates from the director. ==> I understand that Brightwheel messaging is the preferred, most transparent, and documentable form of written communication between myself, teachers, and the office. School's Right to Suspend Services(Required) I understand that Cathedral Preschool reserves the right to suspend services to my child in the following circumstances: child displays consistent misconduct of a serious or hurtful nature, child exhibits special needs that cannot be met by the professional skills available at Cathedral Preschool, child shows repeated evidence of not being fully potty trained, or tuition is owed beyond what is outlined in billing agreement.Parent SignatureParent Name First Last
