School T-shirt Order Form – Cathedral Preschool

2025-26 School T-Shirt Order Form

Each child will receive one school t-shirt from Cathedral Preschool at the beginning of the school year. The shirts are red with gold and white lettering. You may also place an order below for additional shirts, either for your child or other family members, for $10 each. At this time, we plan to make this our only order for the school year.

Choose from drop down list. Toddler sizes are Rabbit Skin brand and 100% cotton. These toddler sizes run small. Youth sizes are Gildan brand and 50% cotton / 50% polyester blend. All shirts are short-sleeved.

Additional T-Shirts

Additional t-shirts are available at an extra cost of $10 each and will be ordered at the same time as our student order. All are short-sleeved. Toddler sizes are Rabbit Skin brand and 100% cotton. Toddler sizes from this brand run small. Youth and Adult sizes are Gildan brand and 50% cotton / 50% polyester blend, unisex sizing/design. Sizes available are: 2T, 3T, 4T, 5/6, Youth XS (2/4), Youth Small (6/8), Youth Medium (10/12), Youth Large (14/16), Youth XL (18), Adult Small, Adult Medium, Adult Large, Adult XL up to 5XL.
